Salary: from EUR 36,000.00 annually

About the Role
The Programme Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the We Can Work (WCW) team in Vienna. The position is responsible for providing high-quality administrative, logistical, and coordination support across a variety of areas — including international event management, travel coordination, translation and documentation management, and general programme administration.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in an international, multicultural environment. Fluency in French is a strong advantage, and occasional international travel may be required.

Your tasks
Coordinate logistics for events, including travel, accommodation, visas, and participant communication, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and within budget
Manage international travel arrangements for the team and external participants in line with organisational procedures and maintain up-to-date travel documentation
Oversee programme filing and documentation systems, ensuring key materials are properly stored and accessible on internal platforms
Coordinate translation and interpretation services, ensuring timely delivery, processing of related payments, and quality assurance of outputs
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, contributing to effective coordination, communication, and workflow across departments and partners
Your profile
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an administrative, coordination, or programme support role
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across cultures and diverse stakeholder groups
Some experience in event organisation and/or travel management is an advantage
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is a strong advantage
Confident in using MS Office and digital collaboration tools
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced international setting
